Super late 70s British Boutique Dress By Bernshaw

This is the kind of classic black vintage gown that every girl
should own -for a variety of moods and occasions.
The strapless sweetheart bodice is bordered
by a two inch ruffle which crosses over at the chest
and travels the length of the dress just left of centre.
