We offer a flat rate of €5 for Registered Post to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, the UK & Channel Islands

Do you ship internationally? How much will it cost?

We are happy to ship anywhere in the world and offer a flat rate of €10 for Registered Post!

We endeavor to dispatch your order within 48 hours when PayPal payment clears.

Please note that delivery times will vary occasionally and this is outside our control, especially during December when post slows up domestically and internationally, so if shopping for Christmas make sure to get that order in early!

If you are not happy with your item –and we’re sure this would never happen! We gladly accept returns given that you follow our guidelines and also understand that this is a resale boutique. In other words, we do not rent vintage clothing, this is not a costume shop and every vintage piece is hand-selected based on its rarity, style and condition.

We take great care to describe our vintage collection accurately, and provide all the information you need to know in order to be happy with your purchases from us.

On rare occasions, however, you may find that your purchase doesn't work out as planned. At perkupvintage.com we want you to be satisfied with your vintage purchases. Therefore we offer returns, subject to our approval.

  • If the item you wish to return has been represented accurately, but you just don't like the fit, colour, etc we will accept your return and offer you a credit note/exchange.
  • When we receive your return, you will receive a merchandise credit with us for
    the total amount of your purchase, minus any shipping costs.

    You may exchange the item for another piece in our vintage collection.
  • Please read the details about returns and exchanging, below.

Returns for credit and exchanges

  • Upon our approval, you can exchange the returned item right away for another vintage piece in our collection. Just let us know which item you would like instead and we will post it out when we receive your return.
  • The amount of the exchange or credit will be for the total purchase price of any items returned only, not for original shipping charges on those items.
  • In case of a price difference between the item purchased originally and the item or items you are exchanging for, we will keep a record of any credit on file, and send you an invoice with your credit total as of the date the return is processed. This credit is good toward any future order with us.
  • Shipping charges on returns and exchanges will be paid by the customer.

Full Return

  • If you feel that that your purchase has been significantly misrepresented in our description, please contact us and we will discuss any concerns you may have.
  • If the return is approved, when we receive the returned item we will refund your purchase.
  • We endeavour to disclose (and when possible, photograph) any issues that might compromise the wearablity of our vintage items. However, we sell vintage clothing and accessories, which in most cases have been previously worn, so it is remotely possible that we might miss something.

Returning your Item

Please make sure the clothing is in the exact condition as when it was sent, the Perk Up tag is still attached and the clothing item is returned to us immediately. It is required that you email us regarding your return and receive authorization to return it.

Please be prepared to send the clothing back immediately and treat our clothing with great care while in your possession. If the vintage clothing is returned to us damaged or worn while in your possession, you will not receive a refund.

Return Rules

To return a clothing item, you must notify us by email within 24 hours of receipt and receive authorization.

Items must be shipped back immediately within 3 days of receipt.

The item should reach us within 8 days of receipt

For International Orders the item should reach us within 14 days of receipt

All shipping, customs, duty fees, or any other charges related to shipping & taxes are the customers responsibility

Shipping is non-refundable

Each clothing item must be returned in the same condition it was sent: Unworn, undamaged and with the Perk Up tag still attached.

You will not receive a refund if a vintage item has been worn or damaged. You are required to receive authorization before returning the clothing. Items returned without authorization will only be granted a refund at our discretion.

We recommend returning your item by registered post or by similar traceable means since we cannot process your credit or exchange if we do not receive your returned items due to post office error.

If we are not available to answer, leave a message with information regarding your return. The purpose of authorization is to deal with the rare case where an item is being returned against our policy.

If you are new to vintage clothing, some things that may damage the clothing while in your possession include:
make-up,deodorant, cigarette/cigar smoke, animals, food, sunlight and humidity.

Non-pickup of Registered Post orders: 5 day return policy. We are not responsible for orders not collected from your post office. Please note, If the order has not be collected and is returned to us, then you will have to incur the shipping costs in order for redelivery
