Vintage Clothing Shipping FAQ

For domestic and UK orders we offer a flat rate of 5 euros and for International shipping
a great value flat rate of 10 euros. Every purchase is sent by registered post to ensure a
safe arrival and track & trace option. For other postal options please contact us at time of sale.

Please note that delays in customs are becoming increasingly common, particularly to our US customers.
Packages may take a longer amount of time to get to international destinations,
and unfortunately we cannot be responsible for this type of delay.

Also, you may be responsible for import taxes or other customs fees depending on your
postal system which Perk Up cannot take any responsibility for.

Non-pickup of Registered Post orders: 5 day return policy.
We are not responsible for orders not collected from your post office.
Please note if the order has not be collected and is returned to us,
then you will have to incur the shipping costs in order for re-delivery
